I had a boat lift installed several years ago by Coastal Boat Lifts and I am completely satisfied with the installation and service provided.  I signed up for an annual maintenance program with them and they come out every spring and do a complete check of my lift to include, greasing all parts, checking necessary electrical power to both motors, they check the weight distribution of board and run the lift several times making any minor adjustments that may be needed.
I feel my lift is ready for the season once they are done.

Doug responded to me right away after I made an inquiry about needed repairs via the website. Andy and Otey came by in a couple of days and expertly diagnosed the needs for my repairs.
